We decided to buy a piece of exercise equipment since I'm apparently unable to drag my lazy butt out of the house frequently enough to make my gym membership at all worthwhile.  It arrived on Monday and let me say HOLY COW.  If this thing doesn't get me in shape, then nothing will.

Even Owen is feeling inspired.
