The day before Mother's Day...ahhhh...Kevin has to work, as always. Every single Mother's Day weekend that I can remember has been a work weekend. So today, since he goes in for a late shift, we had lunch with his parents to celebrate Mother's Day with his mom. Not too bad, although it WAS Owen's nap time, and both boys are still snotty and coughing and Owen's not been sleeping well. I tried to be good and order a salad, but I still had a few bites of dh's crab and lobster.
The grandparents did take the boys for a few hours after lunch, so dh and I stopped at Joann's for something on the way home. While there, I got a wild hairbrained idea to sew a skirt, and I grabbed some fabric. I hope it turns out ok!
